2021-2022 Dress Code
The dress code provides a standard for our students, which fosters an environment conducive to learning and respectful behavior. ST. MARK Catholic School provides many options for students to dress comfortably in all seasons, therefore students are not permitted to wear out-of-uniform jackets and sweatshirts in the classrooms.
Uniforms are worn by all students in pre-school – grade eight.
Please note that for 2021-2022, the skort has been fully phased out for girls in grades three and four, and replaced with the A-line Skirt or Pleated Skirt with bike shorts underneath.
All items are to be “uniform,” purchased only from FlynnO’Hara and/or Lands’ End. FlynnO’Hara has a store in Fairfax where your child can try on different sizes. Parental cooperation is appreciated in this matter.
Another source of uniforms is the used uniform sale hosted by the PTPO. The PTPO sponsors several Used Uniform Sales throughout the school year, including one prior to the start of the school year. Follow the PTPO Facebook page for updates.
Includes guidelines for dress-up days, dress-down days, accessories, backpacks, and more.
